From “EGYPT HAS IT ALL” in 1994, which assembled all Egypt tourism products, to “EGYPT WHERE EVERYBODY WEARS A SMILE” in 1997, which rejected terrorism, passing through “WELCOME TO OUR SEVENTH MILLENIUM” in 2000, which saluted the third millennium, and “RED SEA RIVIERA” in 2004, which promoted Egyptian Red Sea coast and imprinted a destination brand reflecting beach tourism limited to Egypt only, then “EGYPT THE GIFT OF THE SUN” in 2006, which historic Cairo was first presented, and “EGYPT WHERE IT ALL BEGINS” in 2009, which boosted international tourism movement not only within Cairo, Luxor, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh airports but also within Marsa-Alam and Taba airports, finally “THIS IS EGYPT” in 2011, which focused by social media on direct interaction with those who crave to spend a vacation, then the best of all, “THE PHARAOHS’ GOLDEN PARADE” in 2021 excited all globe.

On 3rd of April, 22 royal mummies were paraded through the roads of town center Cairo. When the sun set, the ancient royals left the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square within a magnificent parade going along the River Nile to Egypt's first Islamic capital, Al-Fustat, located in historic Cairo, until arriving the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC).

Each mummy was placed on own decorated vehicle surrounded by a carnival like cavalcade, including music, lights, uniforms, and horses.

Within more than 400 global channel and 200 foreign correspondents, the parade was broadcasted on the air and its details were translated into 14 languages, sending several messages all around the world patterning Egypt image.

22 mummies were discovered in two cachets, Deir El-Bahari and Valley of the Kings, sited in Luxor’s western Bank.
