Dr. Zahi Hawass, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities ensured the countries which have ancient civilizations like Egypt don’t have protection for mental ownership rights and imitation their monuments expect the persuasion in those international treaty through the world trade organization and the treaty of protection for mental ownership. That treaty was signed by the members of the organization like the USA.
Hawas pointed to the Egyptian monuments which come back through the persuasion, argument canals and the double cultural relations .this happened with the stolen monuments in Switzerland, Britain and Jordan. In addition to some rules which were admitted by the world trade organization to co-operate with the incompatible between countries such as the law of international decision.
